Our Service Committment to you

We know how important your ICT & Digital service is to you and thats why we have produced the following service committments to each and everyone of our customers.

WE ARE AVAILABLE WHEN YOU NEED US

Our service desk operates between 8am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4.30pm on Friday. We operate the same opening hours during School Holidays, except Christmas.

KEY PERFORAMNCE INDICATORS

We know that getting an answer to your query is of paramount importance. That’s why we committ to completing to 95% of our incidents and service requests within 1 working day.

DEDICATED OPERATIONAL DELIVERY MANAGER

Each customer is assigned a dedicated operational delivery manager (ODM). The ODM is responsbilie for ensuring that the service we provide is top noch quality and that each customer is getting the best out of the services that we provide.

COMPLIANCE

We take our responsbilies around data protection and safeguarding seriously. We comply with GDPR and Data Protection whenever we deal with your data, and where  it is appropraite our staff are DBS checked.

CASE STUDY

ICT Conference

Once per year we operate an ICT Conference where schools, supppliers and ICT & Digital staff get together to showcase new products, services and new ways that schools are using their technology. Due to the coronavirus pandeic our last conference took place in 2020. Once it’s safe to do so we will return. Here is some of the things we covered in 2020.

PLENARY

Covering areas such as Next Generation SIMS , Excellence in Computing in School and Ofsted’s Education Inspection Framework.

ELECTIVES

Covering areas such as Parental Engagement, SIMS, ICT Security, Microsoft 365

NETWORKING

Colleagues had opportunities to network over lunch and in the hands on sessions. We also had respresentives from suppliers such as DCW, Capita, and Impero.

HANDS ON

Hands on sessions were provided for the next generation of SIMS and the computing curriculum.
